The Loves Street Playhouse is located in the heart of Woodland, Washington, a town just north of Portland, Oregon and 2 1/2 hours south of Seattle.

Built in 1940 by the Open Bible Church congregation, the building has survived many years of changes in Woodland. Now owned by Jeff and Melinda Leuthold, local residents, the church building has been fully restored.

The quaint stage and intimate setting make our little theatre a wonderful place to host your next event. The building provides a beautiful and comfortable backdrop for any wedding, reception, dance or party. Check out our Rental Information page for more details.

We also host events open to the public. Our most recent productions have been Steel Magnolias, A Christmas Pudding, Sword in the Stone, Charlotte's Web, Night of January 16th and It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Photos of the shows, can be viewed at our Photo Gallery.
