Looking for the perfect site to meet your business needs? Our auditorium  can seat up to 118 people theatre-style. Or as many as 55 when catering an event and using our 48" tables and chairs.

 

Specifics

Includes use of sanctuary, chairs, restrooms & stage only. Set up and take down may be required depending on contract agreement with management.

Weekday hourly rates:

$10 for non-profit groups

$20 for private rentals

$30 for commercial rentals

There is a 1 hour minimum rental on weekdays and a 3 hour minimum in the evenings unless otherwise noted on the rental agreement.


Friday and Saturday hourly rates:

$30 for non-profit groups

$60 for private groups

$90 for commercial rentals

There is a 3 hour minimum on Fridays and Saturdays unless otherwise noted on the rental agreement.


Sunday hourly rates:

$20 for non-profit groups

$40 for private groups


$60 for commercial rentals


There is a 3 hour minimum rental on Sundays unless otherwise noted on the rental agreement.

 

Damage/Security Deposit & Cancellation Fees

    •   $100.00 Damage Deposit Required 2 weeks prior to the event -- to be refunded once property is inspected and found to be in good condition.
 

    •     A Special Use Alcohol fee of $50 will be added to the rental agreement when alcohol is served. Group must obtain a $10 Banquet Permit from a liquor store.

  •     25% of the room rental fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation.
